Users acknowledge and agree that:

4.4 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities, transactions, purchases, sales, event participation, giveaway participation, and use of third-party services comply with:

• Roblox Community Standards
• Roblox Trading Policies
• Blox Fruits Rules
• Any applicable third-party platform policies
• Applicable local laws and regulations

4.7 Limitation of Responsibility

Blox Bundle shall not be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, restrictions, suspensions, terminations, investigations, enforcement actions, account limitations, virtual item losses, service interruptions, policy changes, or other consequences arising from actions taken by Roblox Corporation, Blox Fruits developers, or any third-party platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Roblox account warnings
• Roblox account suspensions
• Roblox account terminations
• Virtual item removals
• Trade reversals
• Gameplay restrictions
• Policy enforcement actions
• Platform rule changes
• Service discontinuations

4.8 Reliability Measures

While Blox Bundle may implement verification systems, escrow systems, fraud prevention measures, marketplace moderation, dispute resolution procedures, security monitoring, giveaway verification systems and event management controls, such measures are intended solely to improve transaction reliability and user experience. Blox Bundle does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction, event, giveaway, service, or interaction involving third-party platforms.

4.9 Assumption of Risk

By accessing or using the Platform, users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• They understand the risks associated with third-party platforms.
• They voluntarily assume all such risks.
• They release Blox Bundle from liability arising from actions taken by Roblox Corporation or other third-party platforms.
• They accept full responsibility for their own decisions, transactions, and platform usage.

4.10 Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing Coins, participating in events, joining giveaways, buying or selling items, purchasing services, or otherwise using the Platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this Roblox Disclaimer in its entirety.
