These Terms govern all use of the Blox Bundle platform including accounts, wallets, Coins, fruits, services, giveaways, events, escrow systems, withdrawals, seller activities and related services.
Only individuals aged 18 years or older may use the Platform. By registering, users represent that all information supplied is accurate and complete.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Sharing accounts, impersonation, fraud, automated registrations and deceptive conduct are prohibited.
Coins are the platform currency. Users must acquire Coins before purchasing eligible products or services. Coins generally have no cash value outside the Platform.
Funding may occur through UPI, QR payments or approved methods. Screenshot verification may be required. False payment claims may result in permanent suspension.
Coin purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Exceptional refunds may be approved at the Company's sole discretion and may be subject to deductions.
Users may buy or sell approved fruits and services. Listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
Fruit sellers pay a 10% platform commission. Sellers must deliver promised items and cooperate with dispute reviews.
Service providers pay a 20% platform commission. Failure to provide purchased services may result in penalties, reversals or suspension.
Fruit purchases include a 5% buyer fee. Service purchases include a 10% buyer fee. Event entries include a 5% fee.
Hosters may create events subject to approval. Event registration funds may be held in escrow until completion.
The Platform may hold funds, rewards, fees or prizes in escrow to improve transaction security. Escrow release decisions are determined by Platform rules and verification procedures.
Hosts may be required to deposit prizes before approval. Giveaway entries may require verification actions. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated or manipulated entries may be disqualified.
The Platform may use tokens, tracking systems, verification links, server-side validation, anti-abuse mechanisms and moderation procedures.
Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 Coins. Supported methods include UPI ID and UPI QR. Processing generally takes 1–7 business days.
The Platform may perform internal verification and may request additional information where necessary. Verification requirements may change at any time.
The Company may investigate suspicious activity including fake screenshots, multiple accounts, manipulation, exploit attempts, chargeback abuse or other fraudulent conduct.
Fraud, abuse, money laundering, system exploitation, manipulation, false claims, harassment and illegal activity are prohibited.
The Platform may review transaction disputes. Users agree to cooperate with investigations and provide requested information.
Marketplace transactions, event participation fees and service purchases are generally final unless otherwise required by law or approved by the Company.
Blox Bundle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by or associated with Roblox Corporation, Blox Fruits, Gamer Robot Inc. or related rights holders. Users use the Platform at their own risk. The Company cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will not take actions affecting accounts, items, services or gameplay experiences.
Users acknowledge that third-party platforms may change policies, enforce rules, restrict accounts, remove items or take actions beyond the Company's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
All Platform content, branding and systems remain the property of the Company or applicable rights holders.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, abuse, security concerns or legal requirements.
The Platform may collect and process information necessary for operations, security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
